Eric Dahlgren, Founder/Owner of Lux Energies, knew two things early on. First, he had passion for selfless service. Hard-work and perseverance were the influences in his household, with his father in Power Generation at NV Energy and his mother involved Social work for the State. Secondly, he knew that he wanted to work with his hands.
With that in mind, he became involved in electrical contracting through a family friend at the early age of 15 years old. With the support from an electrical civilian employer, Eric was honored to parallel a citizen soldier duty for his country. Between Middle East deployments and some of the worst disasters this country has faced, such as Hurricane Katrina, Gustav/Ike and the California wild fires, Eric has mobilized resources and engineered projects under extreme conditions to ensure that the information backbone and transportation network continued to operate our military air to ground communications. He rose through the ranks of best military in the world. Throughout the tenure in the military, Eric developed a sense of how he wanted to run a company.
In 2008, Eric decided it was time to go on his own. With the desire to create a company that believed in quality of workmanship, doing business in terms of hard work, dedication and attracting the best talent he founded Lux Energies, Inc.
